Jay Billiet is a New York City based full service residential Interior Designer with over 18 years of experience creating luxury interiors.  Skilled in every aspect of the design process from concept to completion, Jay believes that every interior should be functional as well as beautiful, tailored to suite the client’s individual needs and lifestyle.  His designs are classic and timeless, reflecting his commitment to quality and personalized service. 

Born and raised in rural Minnesota, Jay studied Interior Design at The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and prior to opening his own design studio he worked for notable design firms such as Amie Weitzman and Stephens Design Group.
